Compact Discs- Blog post 2

  Who knew my brother is such a romantic? 

  My brother recently fell head over heels over a device on his laptop that can burn songs onto blank CDs, or " compact discs" as the techies of the modern era call them. Why he is so obsessed? I have no idea. For one, he knows how to effectively utilize iTunes , and secondly, he has two MP3 players that can play any song just as well as  his compact discs could. 

  However, it is obvious that the compact discs had a strange effect on him. He began opening up to the rest of the family the strange mind of a middle school boy through the form of music and song. I for one did not know music played that big of a role in his life, nor did I know he likes "groovy" music from the 1800s played on bows and strings. 

  I feel that on a deeper level my brother and I are beginning to connect......

  .....not... At least, not yet. 

I did find it very interesting that he is into burning his favorite songs onto compact discs though.
